Thank you to all of the parents who took the time to review the Spring Disbursement requests.  We had over 50 people vote on the disbursements totaling approximately $10,000 of items to benefit Old Union teachers and student!  All Disbursement Items were approved.

The 2012-2013 PTO is very excited about the team for next year and have just a few remaining opportunities for someone looking for ways to help Old Union and ways to get involved in your children's education.

Directory Advertising: Looking for a way to stay inside and beat the heat this summer? Well, volunteering for a short OUES PTO position is one way!  We need one or two people to contact businesses that previously advertised in the OUES student/staff directory.  Contact can be email or phone so no getting out in the heat!  This position is usually a few weeks mid-July to August.  If you are interested in helping with Directory Advertising, please contact debbie.leblanc@verizon.net.  
Teacher Appreciation Week:  Need parents to help decorate the school, provide meals and snacks, and plan an after school event for our wonderful staff and teachers at OUES for Teacher Appreciation Week NEXT year in May 2013.  Planning doesn't usually begin until January and there is a budget to help with providing the items!  If interested, please contact Lisa Modur at lmodur@yahoo.com
